Here's a bit of a mixed bag of photos and videos from my phone over the last few months.

Full size
Here's Henry hanging out like a boss on our deck.

Full size
Natalia and her sister Sarah hanging out with Henry.

Full size
Henry liked Sarah's necklace.

Full size
A good picture of Henry with Natalia's godfather Rick.

Full size
Here's a bit of a blurry picture of my Grandma Banda with Henry. This is in July 2014.

Full size
We stopped to visit with Natalia's sister Lulu in Saskatoon.

Full size
When we visited my mom in Prince Albert, she took us to the strawberry farm and Henry got to try strawberries.

Full size
Here he is grabbing a strawberry.

Full size
Our family along with a bucket of strawberries.

Full size
Henry hanging out on a bale of hay.

Full size
Here's our friend Lindsey wearing onion goggles.

Full size
This is Henry and his cousin Kale at Perrault Family Camping 2014.

Full size
Our jetsetting son Henry on the plane to Nanaimo.

Full size
Natalia, Donni, and Donni's daughter Ilsa in Nanaimo, BC.

Full size
Henry and I on a short hike near Donni and Karl's house in Nanaimo.

Full size
This is Henry proving his flexibility and eating his feet.

Full size
I think this onesie is awesome and proves Henry's parents are super cool.

Full size
We went to a wedding in Grand Prairie, and here is Henry's wedding outfit. He's a cutie.

Full size
On the way home from Grande Prairie, we stopped in Jasper, mostly for candy and lunch.

Full size
OK, how much fun is this photo?

Full size
Work colleagues Kirk, Allan, and Emily at the Burger Bus for lunch. Yummy!

Full size
Carl and I went for a hike up Heart Mountain. Here's Carl close to the trailhead as we started to gain elevation.

Full size
Heart Mountain is a neat hike since almost the whole approach is on the rib of the mountain so you have open views.
This is looking back at Carl and towards Lac des Arcs.

Full size
Carl looking back at Yamnuska.

Full size
Carl is starting to hike more and so I'm seeing less of Carl doubled over in pain. But, this hike definitely
has some steep sections to it and Carl found them.

Full size
Carl had to use his hands to get up the one 'scrambling' bit of this hike.

Full size
Okay, you need your hands a bit more here as well.

Full size
This is near the summit, looking back at the cement plant.

Full size
Carl and I on the top of Heart Mountain.

Full size
Rather than stop at the summit, we kept going into the amphitheatre and then made our way around the 'Heart Horseshoe'.
This is looking to the south towards Kananaskis.

Full size
We made it to the high point at the back of the horseshoe, and earned a view to Barrier Lake.

Full size
Henry, Carl, and Jen at dinner at the Bavarian Inn in Bragg Creek. This was a delicious dinner and I'd do it again.

Full size
I attended my friend Louis' stag and we shot at clay pigeons near Innisfail.

Full size
Shooting at the gobbling turkeys.

Full size
Rowley is shooting at pigeons.

Full size
This gives a view of one of the shooting boxes.

Full size
This was one of my favourite 'holes' with rolling clays making it more like shooting something on the ground.

Full size
Henry makes me smile every time he smiles. Here's the end of August with Henry standing up with some help.

Full size
We hang a Jolly Jumper in the doorway of my office and Henry enjoys it.

Full size
Henry at Sunset Park enjoying the swing.

Full size
Henry has a Rider onesie.

Full size
I'm Batman. Yes you are Henry!

Full size
I would call this a 'smirk'.

Full size
We went to the Cochrane Labour Day Parade and Henry slept through some of it at least.

Full size
At Eric and Adrienne's wedding, we stopped at the Haak household for some visiting. Here's Henry with his grandfather.

Full size
I had some time in the morning after dropping off Natalia so Henry and I took a walk in Sherwood Park. This is where the
tour of Alberta finished on this day.

Full size
A bit dopey, but dressed for the big day.

Full size
Henry had no issue finding someone to hold him at the wedding. He was mostly covered in kisses too, in this case from
his aunty Erin.

Full size
I travelled through Ottawa for work, and was able to meet up with my friend Jason for an early breakfast. Here is the
car he built, which has a good amount of kick.

Full size
Here's my buddy Jay with our friend Yves covered in a few napkins.

Full size
Here's my buddy Rene on the 1st hole at the Smugglers' Glen Golf Course.

Full size
Here's our latest addition to the team, Dr Pink taking a breather late in the round.

Full size
While I was in Ontario, southern Alberta got its first dose of winter with almost a foot of snow. Henry and I took
a wander to enjoy the fresh snow.

Full size
My buddies Earl, Benny, and Erik came to visit us in Cochrane. I took them for a wander in Glenbow Ranch and Earl found it a bit
challenging, as he shows here.

Full size
The boys at our far point in the hike.

Full size
You can see Earl doubled-over a bit at the tail end of our hike.

Full size
The second hike we took was up Prairie View to see how much snow was left. Here's Chad giving a big 'L' for our
friend Lindsey who bailed on us.

Full size
Aren't these the cutest booties in the world?

Full size
Work colleagues Mahdi and Allan enjoying shawarmas at the Shawarma Palace in Calgary.

Double garages.

Full size
While in Saskatoon in the fall, I took Carl for a tour around the river valley. This is near the new south bridge.

Full size
Erik and Brad at one of the more exciting Rider games I've been to.

Full size
Tim and Carl at the Riders game.

Full size
One of our last hikes of the year was up Mt Lady Macdonald in Canmore. This shows the Cougar Creek drainage and looking back
at the three sisters.

Full size
Looking back at the town of Canmore.

Full size
Carl and I finished up at the helipad where the teahouse could have been, but the town doesn't want.

Full size
The last portion of this hike is considered difficult, so we turned around here.

Full size
Nati, Henry, and I at the Canadian Blood Services blood drive at the Cochrane Ranchehouse.

Full size
We finally took Carl to visit the Burger Bus (and made him pay) along with work colleagues Paul, Mahdi, and Kirk.

Full size
Henry enjoys being in swings. It is starting to turn to winter in our town.

Full size
He looks like his hair is done in this photo.

Full size
Henry and I on a ride at Calaway Park.

Full size
Dan and I celebrated my birthday with a bike ride in Vancouver on the north shore. This is on the way to Cypress Mtn.

Full size
Not a bad view at all.

Full size
Dan and I summitted quite well to Cypress. This was the home of a few Olympic events in 2010.

Full size
Decent rental bikes courtesy of Spokes in Vancouver.

Full size
Carl and I hiked up the east end of Rundle with the last of the nice fall weather in early October.

Full size
This is looking back towards the Spray Lake Valley.

Full size
Not a bad view looking towards the summit of the east end of Rundle (also called EEOR).

Full size
Ahhh, nothing feels better than relieving yourself and knowing that pee is falling a ways.

Full size
This is a neat photo looking back at Carl using his new hiking poles.

Full size
This is also pretty neat with Carl lit up in front of the front ranges of the Rockies. This valley below Carl feeds into Banff.

Full size
I think this might be the top of Mount Assiniboine.

Full size
Carl at the summit of the east end of Rundle, looking across the Bow Valley.

Video of Carl at Rundle

Full size
I had to put up a baby gate above our stairs and Henry thinks it's like a baby jail and pounds on it.

Full size
Thanksgiving was in North Battleford this year and Natalia's turkey turned out gloriously!

Full size
A good look at a beautiful turkey! Thanks to Bowden Farms for a delicious bird!

Full size
Lulu, Maria, and Henry at Thanksgiving.

Full size
Same photo, but with Sarah too.

Full size
Grace Marie Fowler was born on October 8th, and we got to meet her at 5 days old. Nice work Justin and Renee!
