My friends Rene and Carl joined Natalia and I for a hike in Canmore up Ha Ling Peak. It
was a good amount of vertical (730m) over a reasonable distance (5.4km return), so we
got a bit of a work-out and enjoyed the day.

So, I convinced Rene that the best cure for a wedding hangover is a proper sweat. Here are Rene and
Carl at the base of the hike.
